Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and execute on the vision for Digital Products.
• Establish and participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals.
• Lead & facilitate in-person research to gain deep customer understanding and empathy.
• Turn customer insights into actionable strategies and priorities.
• Identify immediate and upcoming user needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them. Strategically evolve and grow existing products.
• Translates business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners.
• Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value; continually make recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings.
• Manage and groom the product backlog; make future decisions based on the value that will be delivered.
• Monitor research as well as the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class.
• Work with a user research and testing team to formulate, test and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing.
• Create, prioritize, and accept user stories; incorporate them into release planning.
• Make product decisions that drive value on a daily basis.
• Participate in and lead standups, iteration planning sessions, product demo, and retrospectives.
• Works with the product team to continuously assess progress, disseminate lessons learned, and understand next steps.
• Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
• Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern agile design and development core practices.
• Drive excellent management skills required to deliver complex projects, including effort/time estimation, building detailed work breakdown structure (WBS), managing critical path, and using PM tools and platforms.
• Build scalable client engagement level processes for faster turnaround and higher accuracy.
• Run regular project reviews and audits to ensure that projects are being executed within the guardrails agreed by all stakeholders.
• Manage the client stakeholders, and their expectations, with a regular cadence of weekly meetings and status updates.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
• Contributes to product roadmap and backlog, assists in prioritizing features and initiatives based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Mobile App Development: Proficient in leading the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, and native SDKs (Swift, Kotlin, Java), Firebase, AWS Amplify, and GraphQL for seamless app performance and real-time features.
• Cloud and Backend Services: Integrating cloud services like AWS (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud for scalable and reliable app infrastructure serverless architectures, API Gateway, and microservices
• Data Analytics and User Insights: Google Analytics for Firebase, Mixpanel, and Amplitude for user behavior tracking, A/B testing frameworks and funnel optimization to drive user engagement and retention.
• Data Visualization & BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI and Looker.
• User-Centric Design & Development: Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers using tools like Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch to deliver intuitive and visually appealing app interfaces.
• Programming Languages & APIs: Java, Swift, Kotlin, Python, RESTful API, GraphQL for efficient data querying and management in mobile apps..
• Agile Product Development: Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, ADO, Aha! and Trello for sprint planning and tracking app development milestones.
• Monitoring and Optimization Tools: NewRelic, Crashlytics, Splunk, Datadog.
