To request a refund, the customer must contact Rite Pros, Inc. using the billing contact listed on the invoice and provide the customer name, company name, invoice number, payment date, payment amount, reason for refund request, and supporting documents if applicable.
Refund requests are normally reviewed within 7–10 business days after all required information is received. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Approved refunds may take 10–15 business days depending on the payment processor, card network, bank, or payment method.
Customers should contact Rite Pros, Inc. first regarding billing concerns, incorrect charges, or refund requests. Chargebacks or disputes raised directly with a bank or card issuer may delay the resolution process.

Final pricing may be stated in a quote, proposal, invoice, statement of work, work order, master services agreement, staffing agreement, or other written document.
Payments must be made according to the payment terms stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.
Late payments may result in delayed service delivery, suspension of services, termination of services, collection activity, or additional charges if allowed under the applicable agreement or law.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Rite Pros, Inc.’s Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable agreement, proposal, statement of work, work order, or invoice. Completed services, hours already worked, incurred expenses, and non-refundable retainers or deposits are generally not refundable.
Government services offered by Rite Pros, Inc. are limited to staffing, consulting, technology, engineering, and professional support services for government-sector needs, public-sector projects, government contractors, or related organizations.
Rite Pros, Inc. does not provide government approvals, government benefits, legal filings, immigration filings, passport or visa services, tax filings, grants, loans, permits, licenses, or guaranteed government outcomes.
Rite Pros, Inc. does not operate as a fixed-price e-commerce store. Services are customized professional services.
The customer journey is:
1. Client visits the Rite Pros website or contacts Rite Pros by phone, email, website form, staffing request, or direct business inquiry.
2. Client shares staffing, consulting, technology, project, or service requirements.
3. Rite Pros reviews the scope, required skills, duration, location, urgency, and engagement model.
4. Rite Pros provides a quote, proposal, invoice, work order, statement of work, or agreement.
5. Client reviews and approves the terms.
6. Rite Pros issues an invoice or payment link.
7. Client pays through approved payment methods.
8. Rite Pros delivers services according to the agreed terms.
Because Rite Pros provides customized staffing, consulting, and technology services, final pricing is shared directly with the client through a quote, proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.
Rite Pros, Inc. and the client may exchange confidential business, technical, staffing, financial, or project information. Each party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the agreed business purpose.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement, pre-existing materials, tools, templates, methods, software, documents, and intellectual property owned by Rite Pros, Inc. remain the property of Rite Pros, Inc.
Ownership of project deliverables, if any, will be governed by the applicable written agreement or statement of work.
