Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs. Design and build robust Data models that align with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that facilitate seamless Data flow from various sources to data warehouses or storage systems.
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to parallel overall business strategies.
• Create scalable data architectures that accommodate growth and evolving data needs.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Participates as a technical team member in design, programming, testing of data projects and enhancements across MA360 & Payer MDM solutions.
• Research & evaluate alternative solutions and makes recommendations for improved system outcomes, control or enhanced business function.
• Manage relationships between clients involved, brokers services within BTS community on behalf of customers, coordinates solutions.
• Works with a variety of partners to understand business requirements, provides input to the build and maintenance of the MA360 backlog.
• Works with business teams to understand and document business use cases.
• Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful completion within the project timeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure strong cross-group collaboration.
• Devise data verification methods & standard system procedures, participates in testing, prepares program test data, tests and debugs programs.

Generally, supports commodity or generic/unspecified skills, such as Data Engineering, Application Support, Business Analyst, Compliance Consulting, Data warehousing, Domain SME, SCM Planning Consultant, SharePoint BSA, Sr. Business Analyst, SQL, PL/SQL and Unix.

Technologies/Expertise Required:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica).
• Expertise on Data Ingestion, Data Storage, Orchestration, Data Fabric, Error logging and Auditing, Job Monitoring, data management on Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Azure Databricks and/or AWS EMR
• Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Strong in at least one of the Programming languages - Python or Java and Programming basics - Data Structures.
